Position purpose
We’re looking for candidates for Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Specialist to support our internal HR Services
Job Description
- Sourcing applicants who meet the specified criteria for the positions within F&A, Procurement, HRO area
- Candidate pre-qualification (application screening, phone screening)
- Conducting competency-based interviews and using appropriate assessments
- Making offers to successful applicants, negotiating when necessary and rejecting unsuccessful applicants
- Taking a proactive approach and building pipeline of candidates for particular roles
- Building strong positive relations with candidates as well as internal clients
- Close cooperation with external recruitment partners
- Promoting Capgemini brand on the market
- Preparing various recruitment reports as required
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience on a similar position for Senior Recruitment Specialist and at least 1 year of experience for Recruitment Specialist
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong motivation for further development in the recruitment area
- Educational background related to HR would be an asset
- Good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to work to tight deadlines
- Self starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
- Flexible person, easily adapting to changes, able to work in a very dynamic environment
